As a professional responsible for implementing the HRAPP application and ensuring successful project outcomes for clients, your role will involve the following: - Acquiring and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of HRAPP, including usage, configuration, implementation, and value proposition. - Proactively building strong customer relationships. - Understanding client requirements, configuring the HRAPP application to address these requirements, porting client data, providing user training, and supporting the client in implementing the application in their organization in a time-bound and professional manner. - Solutionizing to address client-specific requirements through configurations or workarounds. - Supporting clients in using and deriving maximum value from the application. - Developing competence in the use of all information systems used in the application implementation. - Ensuring all project-related activities are completed to enable continuous tracking and improvement of the implementation process. - Actively contributing to continuous improvement in the implementation process, product, and customer support. To join us, you should: - Hold a graduate degree in any discipline. - Have proficiency in MS Excel skills. - Possess an understanding of the software product implementation life cycle (an advantage). - Have experience in client engagement and query resolution through effective telephone and email communication. - Be highly customer-focused with the ability to partner with clients to help them achieve their goals. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Ideally, be familiar with Hindi (an advantage). - Exhibit a strong eagerness towards learning.
