Technical Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a detail oriented and technically proficient Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead.Cross functional teams in the delivery of complex technology projects. The TPM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities ∙Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. ∙Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. ∙Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution. ∙Manage and track project milestones, tasks, issues, and risks. ∙Lead daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum). ∙Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and define technical requirements. ∙Ensure adherence to technical standards, security policies, and best practices. ∙Report project status and metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership. ∙Proactively manage changes in project scope and resolve conflicts. ∙Drive post-launch reviews and process improvements. Required Qualifications ∙Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ∙5+ years of experience in project management in a technical environment. ∙Strong understanding of software development life cycles.∙Hands-on experience with project management tools .∙Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. ∙Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
