Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional, complex programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to define clear milestones and track progress
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, driving alignment between technology and business goals
• Implement Agile/Scrum best practices, acting as a coach or scrum master to improve team efficiency and autonomy
• Define and optimize delivery frameworks, processes, and tools for tracking and reporting progress
• Identify risks and blockers early, facilitating resolutions to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee project documentation, reporting templates, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency
• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority initiatives, ensuring they meet business and technical expectations
• Continuously evaluate processes and propose data-driven improvements for delivery efficiency and quality
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Project Management roles
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and product delivery frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of aligning diverse teams toward common goals
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile coaching
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated success in driving end-to-end delivery and improving team efficiency through collaboration
• Adaptability and ownership mindset — able to take initiative, resolve challenges, and deliver results under minimal supervision
• Experience in Fintech or start-up environments is an added advantage
