Position: Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager Experience: 10+yrs experience(7yrs in Salesforce) Location: Jaipur Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Program/Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce projects and programs across multiple business units. This role involves close coordination with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical resources to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:  Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects/programs including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or custom Salesforce applications.  Own program/project planning, scope definition, resource management, risk management, budget control, and stakeholder communication.  Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure technical and functional alignment.  Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce project-related matters with internal teams and external partners. Jaipur  Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines; proactively manage changes and escalations.  Ensure compliance with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies and best practices.  Guide and mentor project teams, provide technical leadership when needed, and ensure project alignment with enterprise architecture.  Work with change management and training teams to support adoption and end-user readiness. Required Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.  5+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 2+ years of experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions.  Proven track record of managing complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.  Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, platform capabilities, and APIs.  Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.  Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Project Manager certifications are highly preferred.  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.  Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Good to Have:  Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines for Salesforce.  Knowledge of CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or MuleSoft integrations.  Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance.
