Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Support project scoping, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.

2. Tracking & Reporting

• Manage Jira boards and update project progress.
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and leadership dashboards in Excel or Word.

3. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify and escalate blockers or dependencies.
• Assist in quality checks, change control, and risk resolution.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales & Ops.
• Ensure smooth stakeholder communication and updates.

5. Process & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to project standards and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements for delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must be from a

  Technical Engineering background (CS/IT/Engineering).

• Practical knowledge about

  JIRA

  .
• Proficiency in

  Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)

  for maintaining project trackers, risk logs, and leadership dashboards, and Word/Docs for documentation.
• Knowledge of

  PowerPoint/Google Slides

  to prepare clear and concise project updates.
• Strong

  organizational and time management

  skills.

• Excellent communication

  and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage priorities, adapt quickly, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior work experience in coordinating or managing projects is a plus.
