Regional Partner Manager

Job Description

Role Summary : As a Regional Partnership Manager at Flyzy, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships in your assigned territory. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients on-site, and promoting Flyzy's products and services to meet and exceed sales targets. We are looking for dynamic and driven candidate with prior experience in the travel industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling travel products/services (such as flights, hotels, holiday packages, or visa services) and will be comfortable meeting clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships. Role & responsibilities: 1) Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and networking. 2) Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive Flyzy experience 3) Product Promotion & Demonstration: Present and effectively promote Flyzys's products/services, demonstrating their value to various customer segments. 4) Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively closing deals and following up on leads. 5) On-Ground Branding Support: Assisted with localized marketing campaigns and ensured Flyzys's visibility in the assigned region. 6) Reporting & CRM Updates: Keep CRM and sales records updated with accurate client interaction data 7) Customer Feedback & Coordination: Share customer insights with internal teams for continuous product and service improvement. Preferred candidate profile: 1) Prior experience in the travel industry 2) Should have at least 2 years of experience. 3) Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the specific regional language. 4) Strong interpersonal & communication skills. 5) Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. 6) Willingness to travel locally/regionally.
