The Role
What You'll Be Doing
- Directed cross-functional program delivery across engineering, product, QA, and operations, overseeing multiple large- scale technology initiatives.
- Developed and executed program roadmaps aligned with strategic business goals, ensuring on-time delivery of mission-critical projects.
- Managed end-to-end program lifecycle—from planning and requirements gathering to risk management, execution, and post-launch reviews.
- Collaborated with executives to prioritise initiatives, resolve escalations, and maintain transparency through clear communication and reporting.
- Scaled Agile program management frameworks, improving delivery predictability and cross-team collaboration.
- Mentored engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Defined and tracked OKRs and KPIs to measure success and align with broader business objectives.
- Worked with technical leads to evaluate architecture decisions, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
Skills & Abilities
- B.tech/B.E degree preferred Computer Science/IT
- 6-8+ years of industry experience in Software Industry
- Minimum of 2-3 years of software engineer and 4-6 years of technical program/project management experience

- Certification in SAFe, Agile Leadership, ITIL

- You have working knowledge of Agile framework, product life cycle concepts,, Technical Program Management (TPM), Cross-Functional Team Leadership (Engineering, Product, QA, Ops), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Understanding, End-to-End Program Delivery (Planning → Post-launch), OKR & KPI Definition and Tracking, Software Release Management, Risk Management & Issue Resolution and Process Improvement in Agile Environments
