We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead External Fulfillment initiatives that enable sellers to leverage Amazon's world-class fulfillment capabilities while maintaining inventory at their locations. You'll be working on Seller Flex - a program that has expanded to 12 countries, handles over $2.5B in annual gross merchandise sales, and delivers industry-leading fulfillment reliability and customer experience. Seller Flex is our flagship External Fulfillment program that: - Enables sellers to leverage Amazon's deep fulfillment network capabilities - Delivers industry-leading customer experience and fulfillment reliability - Provides advanced technological solutions including warehouse management systems and API integrations - Supports diverse fulfillment needs including specialized handling capabilities - Drives innovation in cross-border fulfillment and alternative delivery solutions You'll be joining at an exciting time as we expand our capabilities to support unified alternative fulfillment solutions, enhance our technology platform, and scale the program globally through standardized launch processes. Key job responsibilities As a Sr. Technical Program Manager on the team, you will: - Drive end-to-end ownership of strategic cross-functional initiatives spanning product definition, roadmap planning, and execution - Lead technical programs focused on scaling our fulfillment platform globally while optimizing cost and speed to market - Partner closely with business, operations and executive leadership to define product strategy and provide program updates - Be hands-on in delivering critical business initiatives - managing project planning, requirements, risks, and implementation - Solve complex technical challenges through innovative solutions while building consensus across teams - Make key strategic and tactical decisions while maintaining focus on long-term objectives - Provide technical leadership in product architecture and design decisions 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
