Job Summary:

Technical Program Manager

This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical knowledge, deep program management experience, and the ability to influence without authority across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end technical programs, from planning through deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define clear goals, requirements, and success metrics.
• Develop detailed program plans, including schedules, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage program interdependencies, risks, and issues with clear mitigation strategies.
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes across teams; coach and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and delivery planning sessions.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by continuously improving execution frameworks.
• Own stakeholder communications and provide program status updates to senior leadership.
• Serve as a thought partner to engineering leaders for process optimization and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–9 years of experience in program or project management within a technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Strong technical foundation and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams (e.g., system design, APIs, cloud infrastructure, software delivery pipelines).
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple large-scale or cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub, OKRs).
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps, or SaaS delivery models.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale tools for planning and execution (e.g., Aha!, Asana, Notion).
• Exposure to managing programs involving data platforms, AI/ML, or infrastructure.
