Technical Product Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist at Lyric by ADP, your role will involve identifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. Your passion for solving challenging problems and learning new technology will be key in this role.
