Technical Product Support Specialist

The Technical Product Support role based in Coimbatore with 1-3 years of experience involves solving complex problems for customers in the digital advertising industry. As a Product Support team member, you will showcase a passion for troubleshooting, identifying root causes of issues, delivering superb customer service, and optimizing workflows. Responsibilities: - Providing post-implementation technical support to strategic partners and customers - Deeply understanding Xandr products, external integrations, and open-source advertising technologies - Managing customer support cases, including issue verification, data analysis, problem isolation, resolution, and communication - Troubleshooting product issues and effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders - Contributing to building Customer Success practices, customer-facing assets, and internal training resources Skills/Experience: - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills - Eagerness to learn new technologies - Proactive goal achievement and teamwork - Proficiency in English - Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs) and/or query languages (SQL) Collaboration: The Product Support team collaborates with various functions within the company, primarily commercial, engineering, and product teams.
