Technical Product Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to legacy application users, ensuring smooth operations.
• Understand and self-learn from existing

  SQL Server DB artifacts

  to deliver accurate support.
• Handle

  corporate finance and shared services requests

  with focus on data and BI.
• Facilitate manual submission of data using submission and adjustment templates.
• Automate reconciliation processes, including alerts on data mismatches.
• Support new digital solution rollouts by providing insights on

  KPIs and raw data calculations

  .
• Reconcile historical and incremental data once loaded.
• Respond promptly to user requests/service requests, ensuring continuity of reporting.

Qualification & Certification

Required Skills:

• MS SQL Server Database

  – Expert (5+ years).

• SSRS

  – Strong hands-on experience.

• Python scripting

  – Strong hands-on experience.

• Snowflake Database

  – Strong knowledge and practical experience.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• SSAS

• Streamlit

• Power BI

Other Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
