Job Title: Junior Analyst – Operations Location: Coimbatore Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Analyst to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills , the ability to work with large datasets, and a willingness to support critical business functions in a rotational shift environment . Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update operational data. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational reports Monitor key metrics and highlight process deviations or delays Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow Assist in identifying process improvements through data-driven insights Work in rotational shifts , including night and weekend shifts as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations or data analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must know Pivot Tables, charts, formulas, etc.) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable with shift-based work, including weekends and holidays Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Google Sheets or basic data tools is a plus Good written and verbal communication skills Show more Show less
