Junior Analyst

As a Junior Analyst at Pinkerton, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, reporting, investigating, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the Physical Security System of the organization across various global locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and reporting alarms using the in-house access control program. - Monitoring multiple CCTV feeds to identify and report security breaches or emergency situations. - Preparing activity reports, alarm-based reports, and data-centric reports. - Communicating with stakeholders about observations noticed during monitoring. - Synthesizing data from multiple sources and organizing it in designated formats. - Assisting in the creation of SOPs and supporting daily operations. - Monitoring data flows between various sources and being vigilant for physical security anomalies via CCTV. - Reporting anomalies to the designated channels promptly. - Supporting Audit-centric tasks by providing information as requested. - Performing tasks involving real-time information fetching and any other duties assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (management/computers/data sciences preferred). - 0 to 2 years of experience in Facility Management, Property Management, or Security Operations Center. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to think quickly and follow protocols in high-intensity environments. - Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft tools. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to comprehend data-centric and evolving circumstances. - Capability to handle emergencies and work under stress. Please note that this position may require occasional travel and the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions effectively. Regular computer usage, reaching and lifting of small objects, and sitting, standing, or walking may also be part of the job responsibilities.
