The Shift Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations and maintenance of equipment within the organization. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or ITI or Diploma in Electrical, proven experience as a Shift Engineer or similar role, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, ability to lead and manage a team effectively, knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices, familiarity with safety and environmental regulations, ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, proficient in using technical tools and equipment, ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively, and experience with preventive maintenance programs.
