Technical Product Support Specialist

Your responsibilities will include: - Providing product support to users of HighRadius applications. - Taking ownership of customer-reported issues and seeing them through to resolution within defined SLAs. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience. - Contributing to the development of best practices for delivering support services. - Troubleshooting HighRadius applications effectively to resolve issues. - Learning and mastering the features of our products to effectively support and educate clients. - Adhering to quality and process compliance standards for customer satisfaction and organizational success. - Managing ticket prioritization and multitasking as needed. - Participating in rotational shifts and working collaboratively with the team. - Demonstrating empathy in client interactions and providing timely resolutions or workarounds. - Maintaining clear communication regarding issues and resolutions with internal teams and customers. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 2 to 5 years of experience in Application Support, preferably with SaaS applications. - Familiarity with tools and practices related to case management, knowledge base, and defect & escalation management. - A technology-oriented background. - Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication abilities. - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. - Proficiency in running SQL queries (preferred) and scripting knowledge (a plus).
