Role Description This is a remote Internship for a Technical Product Support Specialist. The Technical Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing product, customer, and technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Daily tasks include operations & administration tasks, being in regular touch with the customer and responding to their inquiries, analyzing technical problems, and collaborating with the product team to improve the user experience.
