Role Description

This is a remote internship (stipend/month) for a Technical Product Support Specialist (permanent role could be offered basis performance and alignment with the expectations). The intern will be responsible for providing product, customer, and technical support. Key tasks include regular contact with customer, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, recording & analyzing feedback data to improve product quality, and handling the product operations & administration tasks. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for enhancing user experience. Also, should have an aptitude to take on different tasks, readiness to take ownership & wear multiple hats as need arises.


Qualifications

  • Product Support, Customer Success, Customer Support skills
  • Troubleshooting and Analytical skills
  • Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant experience in healthcare technology is a plus
  • Have completed B.E. or B.Tech., with 1 to 2 years of overall experience.
  • Comfortable with regional languages along with English and Hindi
  • Available to join immediately
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in customer success role is a plus
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
