Job Title: Tech Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software developers across multiple technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide architectural direction and make decisions on system design, frameworks, and coding standards.
• Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high standards for software quality.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Mentor and coach team members, helping them grow in their technical and professional skills.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
• Drive Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance considerations are built into solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience:

  7–10 years in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/mentorship role.
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Backend: Node.js, Nest JS, Java, .NET, Python, PHP, or similar.
• Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Mobile: Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), project management tools (Jira, Trello), and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Cybersecurity (a plus).
• Certifications in cloud technologies or project management (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMP, Scrum Master).
