THE ROLE As a Tech Lead overseeing KTLO (Keep The Lights On), Assurance, and Support/Maintenance for enterprise banking applications. You will ensure system stability, manage critical support operations, and lead performance improvements for Java-based platforms. OPPORTUNITIES You will lead and manage production support activities for Java-based enterprise systems. You will drive KTLO initiatives to ensure high system uptime, stability, and availability. You will manage L2/L3 support tasks including incident analysis and root cause resolution. You will implement patching, performance tuning, and minor system enhancements. You will collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure release quality and compliance. You will define and monitor SLAs and KPIs to track system assurance and support performance. You will maintain operational documentation and knowledge repositories for smooth transitions. You will proactively identify and drive automation and process improvement opportunities. Skills You should have 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL. You should have a strong background in application support, incident management, and tuning. You should have experience with monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana. You should have familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and JIRA. You should have knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and production deployment practices. You should have the ability to lead support teams and engage stakeholders during incidents.
