Technical Lead (Developer)

This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions using Java, the Spring Framework, and MySQL. Responsibilities include providing technical direction, mentoring team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, and overseeing the successful execution of projects across various business domains. You will lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade banking solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to convert complex business needs into robust technical implementations. You will oversee the technical delivery of strategic projects across corporate, wealth, payments, and digital domains. You will mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. You will drive the adoption of best practices in coding, architecture, security, and scalability. You will Partner with DevOps and QA teams to ensure efficient CI/CD and testing pipelines. SKILLS You should have 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and MySQL. You should have a proven track record of successfully leading development teams and projects. You should have expertise in building and managing REST APIs and Microservices on cloud platforms. You should have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You should have a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. You should have excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
