Technical Lead (Developer)

THE ROLE

• You will Lead design, development, and architecture of scalable, enterprise-grade applications
  
• You will Triage, analyze and provide solution for defects. Provide technical overview and guidance to team on technical and functional aspects.
  
• You will Drive end-to-end technical delivery of client-focused solutions with an Agile mindset
  
• You will Provide hands-on coding, debugging, and technical leadership throughout the SDLC
  
• You will Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  
• You will Conduct code reviews and enforce clean coding and design practices
  
• You will Partner with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams for continuous delivery
  
• You will Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability at all levels.

• You should have 10+ years of experience in backend development using Java, Transact, AA, etc.
  
• You should have Proven experience designing and delivering microservices and REST APIs
  
• You should have Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles
  
• You should have Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• You should have Ability to lead agile teams, drive quality and consistency in technical delivery
  
• You should have Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Maternity leave:

  Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month

• Civil Partnership:
