Technical Lead Developer

Job DescriptionWe’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Lead Developer to take charge of developing responsive websites and web/mobile applications—from initial concept all the way through to deployment. This role calls for someone with strong hands-on expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, particularly in modern JavaScript frameworks, mobile-friendly UI design, and seamless database integration.As the Lead Developer, you’ll not only be writing high-quality code but also guiding a team of developers, collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance digital products. Strong communication skills are a must—you’ll often act as the bridge between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring everyone stays aligned and projects move forward smoothly. Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll take charge of end-to-end development for responsive websites and web/mobile applications, making sure everything runs smoothly from concept to launch.You'll architect and build slick front-end interfaces using React (with Vite, React Hooks, and Tailwind CSS) and handle backend integrations with Supabase and Firebase.Writing clean, type-safe, and maintainable code using JavaScript and TypeScript will be part of your daily flow.You’ll work with RESTful APIs to integrate dynamic features and ensure seamless data communication across platforms.Managing CMS-based websites using tools like Webflow, WordPress, and Udesly will also fall under your scope—especially for creating custom workflows and designs.You’ll own version control through GitHub, leading by example with proper code reviews and structured pull requests.Performance matters—so you’ll ensure that applications are optimized across all devices and browsers for speed and user experience.Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to bring projects to life cohesively.You’ll also mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold high-quality code standards and best practices.Staying ahead of the curve with new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends is something we value—and so should you.
