 Job Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Technical Lead Developer** to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Django (Python), Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js. You will be responsible for designing robust architectures, leading projects, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Your role will also encompass establishing and enforcing code deployment principles and governance, ensuring best practices in database design and management, and leveraging API-based data extraction and web scraping techniques.

Key Responsibilities 

- Technical Leadership: 

  Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Django (Python), Node.js, and Next.js (or similar frameworks).

 - Architecture Design:

  Architect and implement robust, secure, and scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

- Project Management: 

  Oversee project lifecycles, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Hands-on Development: 

  Remain actively involved in coding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving alongside the team.

- Mentorship: 

  Groom, mentor, and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Deployment & Governance: 

  Define and enforce code deployment principles, CI/CD pipelines, and governance policies to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable releases.

- Database Design: 

  Design and optimize database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.

- API Data Extraction & Web Scraping: 

  Develop and maintain solutions for API-based data extraction and web scraping, ensuring efficient, reliable, and ethical data collection.

- Collaboration: 

  Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

- Django (Python): 

  Proven experience building and maintaining web applications using Django.

- Node.js: 

  Proficient in developing backend services and APIs with Node.js.

 - Next.js or Similar: 

  Experience with Next.js or comparable modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Architecture: 

  Strong background in designing scalable, maintainable, and secure system architectures.

- Project Leadership: 

  Demonstrated ability to lead projects, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices.

- Mentorship:

  Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers.

 - Deployment & Governance: 

  Deep understanding of code deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and governance.

- Database Expertise:

  Solid understanding of database design, schema optimization, and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

- API Data Extraction & Web Scraping: 

  Hands-on experience with API integration, data extraction, and web scraping using Python, Node.js, or related tools.

 - Communication: 

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
