Job Description

AJO Lead Developer

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Experience Required: 3+ Years

We’re looking for a skilled Adobe AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Journey Optimizer, capable of building and managing real-time customer journeys that drive personalized engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer.

• Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related tools.

• Create event-based, personalized cross-channel campaigns.

• Manage audience segmentation and real-time data flows.

• Collaborate with data, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize performance.

• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Adobe AJO / AEP implementation and optimization.

• Strong understanding of journey orchestration, personalization, and segmentation.

• Familiar with data schemas, APIs, and identity management.

• Bonus: Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, or real-time CDP.

Nice to Have:

• Adobe Certification (AJO / AEP)

• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Braze, or HubSpot.
