What You’ll Be DoingWriting clear and engaging content for ads, social media posts, landing pages, and short-form video scripts (think Instagram Reels).Planning, running, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram with advanced targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.Managing and growing our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.Coordinating and optimizing short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels.Developing and running multi-channel marketing campaigns that include SEO, PPC, email, content, and influencer outreach.Optimizing landing pages and user funnels to maximize conversions and improve lead quality.Monitoring campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, and making adjustments based on the data.Doing market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and find new opportunities.Collaborating with our design, development, and content teams to create conversion-focused assets.Keeping an eye on the marketing budget, tracking spend, and delivering performance reports with actionable insights.Staying updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices to ensure our strategies stay fresh. Job DescriptionWe’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Lead Developer to take charge of developing responsive websites and web/mobile applications—from initial concept all the way through to deployment. This role calls for someone with strong hands-on expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, particularly in modern JavaScript frameworks, mobile-friendly UI design, and seamless database integration.As the Lead Developer, you’ll not only be writing high-quality code but also guiding a team of developers, collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance digital products.
