Job Title-Technical Lead – CRM 365 Exp-12+ Years Location-Vadodara (Hybrid) Responsibilities β€’ Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions, focusing on efficiency and automation β€’ Be trusted solution advisor to customers and internal teams β€’ Conduct research into customers' use of technology platform, design solutions to improve business processes and recommend roadmap for business solutions β€’ Own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended β€’ Identify and develop reusable solutions/accelerators/assets for enhanced process automation and client value addition β€’ Collaborate with different stakeholders (customers, partners, internal) to create prototypes as a means of eliciting requirements β€’ Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet the solution architecture needs β€’ Review solutions and recommend improvements during project deliveries β€’ Groom & refine the product backlog, in liaison with project stakeholders β€’ Guide the team on business solution architecture and best practices to ensure modularity, reusability, and productivity β€’ Define and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and best practices for development teams for developing and implementing scalable solutions β€’ Oversee program and project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals β€’ Review platform releases and educate internal teams & customers on new features β€’ Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and functionalities β€’ Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, identifying training needs and establishing learning plans β€’ Mandatory for all to follow the norms defined in ISMS 27001 Mandatory Skills- Experience working in D365 CRM, including Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies. β€’ Understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, and development of architectural/high-level designs within defined architectural frameworks and software engineering patterns β€’ Comprehensive understanding of functional modules including: o Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service Automation o Microsoft Social Engagement, Unified Service Desk, Project Service Automation o KB Management, Voice of Customer o Co-pilot / Azure OpenAI Studio β€’ Setup, installation, configuration & deployment of MS D365 CRM modules β€’ Experience in customization and extension of D365 CRM β€’ Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX β€’ Proficiency in .Net (C#) and JavaScript development experience within the D365 SDK including working knowledge of the ODATA, REST endpoints, Entity Model, and Asynchronous programming β€’ In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS) β€’ Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, .NET Framework, Visual Studio, Source Code Management Systems (TFS) β€’ Developing REST APIs, Integration experience with external systems through REST API’s.
