About Our Client

- Assist the Sales and Aftermarket teams in preparing accurate, timely quotations based on customer specifications
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to source pricing for components and accessories related to each quote
- Enter orders and maintain data in the ERP business system
- Support the creation of technical documentation for proposals and orders
- Coordinate and prepare detailed handoffs to the Project Management team post-sale
- Track and manage quotation status, customer feedback, and follow-up activities using CRM tools
- Support internal teams by clarifying technical scope and customer requirements during pre- and post-sale phases
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations to ensure proposed solutions align with manufacturing capabilities
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value-added alternatives during the quoting process
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes and proposal quality

The Successful Applicant
- Mminimum of 1-4 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in supporting eningeered products.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems (M3 a plus), CRM tools like Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
- Prior exposure to engineered-to-order products, valve actuation, or the nuclear sector is a plus
- Experience with International customers and Export compliance is a plus.
