Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining high-quality technical content across the company’s digital and offline channels. The role involves translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content that aligns with the company’s content strategy, supporting both technical and non-technical audiences. Key platforms include the company website, documentation portals, knowledge bases, email campaigns, and social media channels.


Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Content Development & Management

  1. Technical Writing: Produce accurate, well-structured content such as user manuals, product documentation, technical blogs, case studies, FAQs, and whitepapers.
  2. Editing & Review: Proofread and refine technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  3. Content Strategy Alignment: Ensure all content supports business objectives, product goals, and customer needs.
  4. Documentation Maintenance: Regularly update and manage product guides, release notes, and knowledge base content to reflect the latest developments.


Technical SEO & Digital Optimization

  1. SEO Implementation: Apply SEO best practices for technical content, including schema, metadata, and keyword integration.
  2. Keyword Research: Conduct research specific to technical audiences and integrate industry-relevant terminology.
  3. Digital Content Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams to align technical documentation with broader campaigns.


Analytics & Content Performance

  1. Content Metrics: Track and analyze documentation and blog performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other reporting platforms.
  2. Optimization: Use insights to refine content structure, readability, and discoverability.


Collaboration & Project Management

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, QA, and design teams to gather technical inputs and ensure content accuracy.
  2. Workflow Management: Prioritize and manage multiple content projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  3. Agile Environment: Adapt writing deliverables to fit within product development cycles.


Technical Tools & Skills

  1. Documentation Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, GitHub, JIRA, Markdown, or CMS platforms.
  2. Formatting Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for structuring content.
  3. Content Creation Tools: Proficiency with Google Docs, MS Office, Grammarly, and plagiarism checkers.


Industry Awareness & Adaptability

  1. Stay updated with the latest trends in technical writing, content automation, and documentation standards.
  2. Adapt to new tools, platforms, and technologies as the content landscape evolves.


Research & Audience Understanding

  1. Conduct in-depth research to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
  2. Tailor content to suit both highly technical readers (developers, engineers) and business stakeholders.


Qualifications & Required Skills

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or documentation.
  3. Strong command over English with excellent grammar, editing, and linguistic skills.
  4. Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
  5. Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and basic HTML/CSS.
  6. Experience with technical documentation tools (Confluence, GitHub, JIRA, Markdown, or similar).
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality content on time
