Greetings from STEMpedia (Agilo Research Private Limited) Hiring for IOS/Android App Developer Job Type: Full Time Employee Experience: 2- 4 years (Preferred) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Department: Software Development No. of Openings: 1 Job Overview: We’re looking for a highly skilled and self-reliant Mobile App Developer with strong experience in native Android (Java/Kotlin) and native iOS (Swift/UIKit/SwiftUI) development. You will take end-to-end responsibility for building mobile apps that integrate seamlessly with our hardware products using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and OTG. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile application architecture, UI/UX implementation, and hardware communication protocols. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualizing, developing, and maintaining applications for Android-based devices for interfacing and communication with the Company's existing and future product range using Bluetooth, WiFi, OTG, etc., ensuring compatibility with a diverse range of Android devices. Develop and maintain communication architecture/protocol at the back-end for sending, receiving, and interpreting messages over Bluetooth, WiFi, and OTG. Ensure app responsiveness across multiple screen sizes, resolutions, and device types (phones, tablets, etc.). Designing mock-ups with the Graphic Design Team and developing the interactive UI of the application. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA). Proficient in Java and Kotlin for Android development. Strong hands-on experience with Swift , SwiftUI , and UIKit for iOS development. In-depth knowledge of Android and iOS app life cycles, architectures (MVC/MVVM), and platform-specific guidelines. Experience integrating and working with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, storage etc.). Solid understanding of communication protocols (Bluetooth Classic/LE, Wi-Fi, OTG). Handle app deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store , including managing internal/external testing tracks and release rollouts . Maintain and update multiple apps simultaneously while ensuring privacy policy , App Store , and Play Store compliance . Familiar with REST APIs, JSON parsing, and data handling in mobile environments. Experience working with WebKit (iOS) and WebView (Android) for embedding and interacting with web content inside native apps. Version control experience using Git. Preferred (Bonus) Skills: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch Mobile, or basic data handling using Pandas. Experience working independently on full-cycle app development projects.
