Technical Content Writer

We’re looking for a creative and technically sound Content Writer who can transform complex communication technologies into compelling stories. You'll work across teams to create content that informs, influences, and engages enterprise and SMB audiences in the CPaaS, CCaaS, and cloud tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

✍️ Write clear, concise, and engaging content for:

• Product documentation & release notes
• Whitepapers, proposal write-ups, brochures, and solution briefs
• Case studies and customer success stories
• Design professional PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for technical proposals, POCs, and demos
• Design infographics, vectors, icons, and UI mocks for proposals, datasheets, and marketing decks
• Website content, landing pages

🤝 Collaborate and align with:

• Product and tech teams to understand solutions like cloud telephony, CPaaS, UCaaS, AI voice bots, and conversational AI
• Marketing and design teams for SEO-driven, visually engaging assets
• Sales/pre-sales to align messaging with industry pain points and product capabilities

📈 Own content strategy for:

• SEO-focused content targeting enterprise, SMB, and government segments
• Translating product features into real-world impact for different verticals (BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Governance, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience as a content writer in SaaS, telecom, or technology sectors
• Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to understand and write about cloud technologies (CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS)
• Proficient with tools like Notion, Grammarly, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
• Create explainer videos, animated walk-throughs, and product teasers using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or alternatives

Nice to Have:

• Experience writing for customer experience (CX), CRM, or enterprise communication tools
• Understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and B2B funnel stages
• Portfolio with blogs, whitepapers, product documents, or website copy
