Job Description

Technical Consultant ( System Admin ),Exp : 5 to 8 yearsLocation : Pan IndiaWe are looking for a skilled System Administrator – Technical Consultant withexperience managing and supporting Infor M3 and associated Infor technology platforms(e.g., Infor OS, ION, MEC, IPA). The candidate will be responsible for system maintenance,environment management, performance tuning, patching, security, and technical supportacross development, test, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform installation, configuration, and administration of Infor M3 ERP systems(on-premise or cloud). Manage and maintain Infor OS, ION, MEC, IPA, Smart Office, and relatedcomponents. Administer application servers, database connections, and middleware layers. Monitor system performance, uptime, and proactively address capacity orperformance issues. Manage environment refreshes, data migration, and backup/restore operations. Perform patching, upgrades, and hotfix deployments in coordination withtechnical and functional teams. Administer user roles, permissions, and security settings across environments. Work with Infor support for incident resolution and patch/upgrade planning. Ensure system availability and troubleshoot technical issues impacting systemfunctionality. Maintain detailed documentation for system configuration, change logs, andprocedures. Provide technical support during go-lives, upgrades, and regular operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relateddiscipline. 5+ years of experience in Infor M3 / Infor ERP system administration. Experience managing Infor components: M3, Infor OS, Smart Office, ION, MEC,IPA. Strong working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux servers, databases (e.g.,SQL Server, Oracle), and web application servers (e.g., WebSphere, Tomcat). Experience with Infor CloudSuite, including multi-tenant and single-tenantenvironments (preferred). Familiarity with Infor Cloud Admin Tools (CLA, CSDT) and Infor Cloud Services(a plus). Knowledge of networking, security protocols, and firewall management. Experience with monitoring tools, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and automation. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
