Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Co-Founder. The Technical Co-Founder will be responsible for leading the technical strategy and execution of the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and scaling digital marketing technology platforms, overseeing technical operations, driving innovative digital solutions, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align technical deliverables to business goals, and leading a dynamic team of developers and engineers. The role is critical in shaping the technological direction to support the company’s growth and success in the digital marketing sector.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to analyze data and trends, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively
Experience in Sales and Marketing to align technology strategies with business development goals
Proven leadership capabilities, including managing technical teams and executing technical projects
Proficiency in software development and familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to digital marketing
Knowledge of digital marketing domains such as SEO, PPC, social media platforms, and analytics tools is highly desirable
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and growing a business
Able to develop Android Application.
