𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 1. Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (ex: Naukri, Linkedin, etc.) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. 2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. 3. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in person). 4. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally. 5. Provide of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. 6. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. 7. Pre-joining formalities and onboarding on the day of joining Coordinate. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:: Students pursuing or completed any Degree Studying in India can apply. 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: 1. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role 2. Experience with sourcing techniques. 3. Understanding of referral programs. 4. Solid verbal and written communication skills. 5.
