Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder with an equity buy option. The Co-Founder will work collaboratively to develop and execute strategic initiatives, build and maintain key business relationships, and ensure the agency’s growth and success. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving business development, collaborating on marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and leading sales efforts. The role also requires fostering cross-functional communication to execute projects effectively and deliver client-focused solutions.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research expertise
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategy development
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently while leading a team
• Prior experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
