Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor. Monitor machine operation and production schedules to meet targets. Ensure quality standards are maintained and conduct quality checks. Manage and motivate production workers, including machine operators, carpenters, and helpers. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to safety protocols. Report production progress, issues, and resource requirements to management. Assist in training new staff and improving production processes. Coordinate with procurement and store team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
