Job Title: Tech Co-founder – Early-Stage Consumer Tech Startup 🏢 About Us: We’re a stealth-mode, early-stage startup based in Indore, focused on building a scalable and impactful consumer-tech platform in the social + creator economy space. Backed by entrepreneurial experience and early market validation, we are looking for a technical co-founder to join us in shaping the product from ground zero. 🧑‍💻 Role Overview: We’re seeking a hands-on Tech Co-founder with strong product instincts and technical depth to architect, build, and lead our core platform. As a co-founder, you’ll be involved in everything from MVP to scale — driving tech decisions and building a high-performing product team. ✅ Responsibilities: Define and build the end-to-end architecture for web and mobile. Lead the development of frontend and backend components. Build and iterate on the MVP rapidly with lean methodologies. Ensure scalability, speed, and security of the platform. Hire and lead a small but capable in-house tech team. Collaborate closely with the founding team for product planning and growth. 👨‍💼 Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in full-stack/product development. Strong command over backend (Node.js/Python/Golang/etc.) and frontend (React/Flutter). Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP and scalable DBs (PostgreSQL/MongoDB). Proven ability to ship products quickly and efficiently. Startup/side-project experience preferred.
