Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at Ridhara Mindcare Pvt Ltd. As a Co-Founder, you will oversee strategic planning, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and lead research activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing business strategies, establishing partnerships, and implementing wellness programs and products. You will also be responsible for managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Research abilities Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies Strong leadership and team management capabilities Ability to work independently and remotely Passion for mental wellness and holistic health Background in psychology, mental health, or a related field is a plus
