We are expanding our reach and seeking dynamic marketing associates who can connect with businesses directly in the market and through LinkedIn to generate leads and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and approach corporate clients, small-scale companies, and associations in your city/region.

• Build relationships with decision-makers (HR, leadership teams).

• Leverage LinkedIn outreach and networking to connect with potential clients.

• Promote Ridhara Mindcare’s wellness programs and services.

• Close deals and achieve sales targets to earn commissions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Confidence to approach clients in the market and pitch services.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Previous sales/marketing experience is preferred (not mandatory).

• Access to LinkedIn and ability to engage with professionals online.

Compensation

• Purely commission-based role.
