Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at Ridhara Mindcare Pvt Ltd. As a Co-Founder, you will oversee strategic planning, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and lead research activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing business strategies, establishing partnerships, and implementing wellness programs and products. You will also be responsible for managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
