We are on a mission to redefine luxury jewellery in India by blending innovation, craftsmanship, and authenticity.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female co-founder who has a deep passion for jewellery and at least a decade of proven experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewellery designing or merchandising and possess the creative vision to shape One Carat’s future collections and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Co-lead the brand strategy, product development, and creative direction of One Carat.

• Conceptualize and design new collections aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends.

• Oversee the entire merchandising process – from sourcing to final production.

• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams for brand growth.

• Build strong relationships with artisans, vendors, and manufacturing partners.

• Contribute to strategic decisions in business expansion, collaborations, and retail planning.

• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and industry platforms.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the jewellery industry.

• Expertise in Jewellery Designing or Merchandising (or both).

• Strong understanding of trends, materials, and consumer preferences in fine jewellery.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and aesthetic sensibility.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
