About the Role NovelPedia is at a critical inflection point. We are a serialized webnovel publishing platform with significant traction in the author/reader community and strategic partnerships already lined up. The demand is there, but our current technical infrastructure is the bottleneck. We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join the Founding Team, take ownership of the product architecture, and scale the platform to handle our growing user base. The Stack Backend: Django / Python Frontend: React Database: Postgres Infrastructure: AWS Who We Are Looking For The Architect: You have built and deployed scalable web apps from scratch. You know when to ship fast and when to build for the long haul. The Leader: You are ready to lead the technical vision and eventually build a team under you. The Partner: You are not looking for a 9-5 paycheck. You are looking to build an asset. The Deal (Please Read Carefully) This is not a standard salaried employee role. This is a Co-Founder opportunity with significant ownership. Equity: 10% Equity Stake (Valued at ~₹1 Cr post-money). Skin in the Game: To ensure true alignment, this role requires a capital buy-in of ~₹10 Lakhs . Founder Commitment: The current Founder (CEO) will be personally matching this investment (₹10L) alongside you. We are both putting chips on the table to aggressively fund our runway and growth. Responsibilities Audit and overhaul the existing codebase. Architect a scalable database schema for high-volume serial content. Manage deployment pipelines (CI/CD) on AWS. Work directly with the CEO to align product roadmap with business goals.
