Technical Co-Founder

As a Tech Co-founder at our stealth-mode, early-stage consumer tech startup based in Indore, you will play a crucial role in shaping our scalable and impactful consumer-tech platform in the social + creator economy space. Backed by entrepreneurial experience and early market validation, you will join us in building the product from ground zero. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and building the end-to-end architecture for web and mobile. - Leading the development of frontend and backend components. - Rapidly building and iterating on the MVP with lean methodologies. - Ensuring scalability, speed, and security of the platform. - Hiring and leading a small but capable in-house tech team. - Collaborating closely with the founding team for product planning and growth. To excel in this role, you should have: - 5-10 years of experience in full-stack/product development. - Strong command over backend (Node.js/Python/Golang/etc.) and frontend (React/Flutter). - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP and scalable DBs (PostgreSQL/MongoDB). - Proven ability to ship products quickly and efficiently. - Startup/side-project experience preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills.
