Technical Co-Founder

As a tech co-founder at our early-stage consumer tech startup based in Indore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a scalable and impactful consumer-tech platform in the social + creator economy space. With strong product instincts and technical depth, you will architect, build, and lead our core platform from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include defining and building the end-to-end architecture for web and mobile, leading the development of frontend and backend components, rapidly iterating on the MVP with lean methodologies, ensuring scalability, speed, and security of the platform, hiring and leading a small in-house tech team, and collaborating closely with the founding team for product planning and growth. To excel in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience in full-stack/product development, a strong command over backend (Node.js/Python/Golang/etc.) and frontend (React/Flutter), experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP and scalable DBs (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), proven ability to ship products quickly and efficiently, startup/side-project experience preferred, and excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills.
