Role Description:

Technical Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and manage business opportunities through

  Upwork

  and other bidding portals.
• Write

  customized, winning proposals

  for clients across different domains.
• Communicate effectively with

  international clients

  to understand their needs and offer suitable IT solutions.
• Coordinate with internal

  technical and project teams

  to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong

  long-term client relationships

  for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  sales and revenue targets.

What We are looking for :

• 4–7 years of proven experience as a

  BDE/BDM

  in an

  IT services

  .

• 2–3 years of technical experience

  working with common tech stacks (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, or Full Stack).(Example: React, Node.js, .NET, PHP, Flutter, QA, etc.)

• 1–2 years of business development or client-facing experience

  in IT services
• Strong expertise in

  Upwork bidding

  ,

  lead generation

  , and

  client handling

  .
• Excellent

  communication, writing, and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of

  frontend and backend technologies

  .
• Ability to work independently with a goal-driven mindset.
