Technical Business Development Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Business Development (Oil & Gas, EPC, or Engineering Consultancy).
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Process preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of piping/process engineering.
• Proven skills in tendering, negotiation, and project closure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Hindi proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Plant 3D is an advantage.
• Trustworthy and able to work closely with the CEO to meet objectives.
• Candidates from Nagercoil or nearby areas are strongly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead business development while managing client-facing projects.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients.
• Assist or perform engineering designs when the team is unavailable.
• Manage tenders, proposals, bids, quotations, and negotiations.
• Attend client meetings and technical presentations.
• Manage promotional content for lead generation.
• Define and track KPI-driven performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Manage client relationships independently.
• Represent the company at international industry events.
• Report progress and insights to the CEO.
