Technical Business Development Manager

Locations (3 Positions):

• North India
• East India
• West & Central India

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities in assigned region.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in the infrastructure, geosynthetics, and construction sectors.
• Identify new project opportunities and generate leads to achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare regular business reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

• MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
• BE (Civil / Mechanical) OR Diploma (Civil) OR B.Sc / B.Com + MBA

• Experience:

• Minimum

  3 years in Sales / Business Development

  in Infrastructure, Geosynthetics, or Construction sectors.

Key Skills

• Strong technical understanding with ability to present solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ready to travel extensively.
