Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team, with expertise in content and personalization. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, informing business decisions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for business processes and systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of content management systems and personalization technologies.
Experience working with large datasets and analyzing complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
