Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design solutions for various projects. Provide creative direction to the Graphic design team, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, project managers, and developers. Supervise and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Develop and implement a visual design strategy that aligns with the company's overall brand and objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects. Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables across all channels. Review and approve design concepts, graphics, and layouts produced by the team. Engage with clients to understand their design requirements and provide creative solutions. Present design concepts and gather feedback, ensuring client satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong design skills with an eye for detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Should have knowledge of Figma and experience in web designing.,
