Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience in Marketing Technology to lead our post-merger integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, specifically in the MarTech space.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing technology strategies to drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure successful team adoption of new technologies.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for marketing technology systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to marketing technology platforms.

  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead in Marketing Technology, preferably in an IT Services & Consulting environment.

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

  • Experience with change management principles and practices is desirable.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
