Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience in Marketing Technology to lead our post-merger integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, specifically in the MarTech space.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of marketing technology strategies to drive business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Design and deliver training programs to ensure successful team adoption of new technologies.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for marketing technology systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to marketing technology platforms.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead in Marketing Technology, preferably in an IT Services & Consulting environment.

Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Experience with change management principles and practices is desirable.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
